Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

WT Ice Hockey

Please speak to the WT Board about the full refund policy. Should the team not play in the 2026-2027 season, players and families will be refunded. We currently have 24 players and goaltenders between WT and Springfield for the Varsity program, and 13 players and 1 goalie for the Middle School program. Both teams will compete in the SHSHL.
